Duties & Responsibilities
- Be up to date on new economic, technological, environmental, regulatory, political and, social issues or trends impacting or likely to impact Digital Banking Transaction in the bank.
- Review processes for the acquisition, development, and deployment of Digital Banking products to ensure that they are in line with the bank’s approved policies.
- Supervise the review of the level of support to Digital Banking products by the Information Technology (IT) department to ensure that support is within the approved Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Perform a comprehensive review of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all vendors that support the bank’s Digital Banking product to ensure that they are in line with the bank’s policy on SLA.
- Ensure prompt and qualitative rendition of relevant Control and Compliance reports to the Head, IT & Digital Banking Audit.
2.) Team Member, Credit Audit
Location: Nigeria
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of yearly audit plan for branches in the zone.
- Take part in the assessment and expression of opinion on the adequacy of controls.
- Take part in the assessment and evaluation of the operational process.
- Conducting full audit for various business offices within the area of coverage.
- Conduct spot checks on high and medium rated business offices.
- Conduct periodic cash audit on vaults and ATMs.
- Take part in the rating, assessment and assigning audit ratings to the auditee.
- Highlight pervasive audit issues that portend dangers for losses.
3.) Team Member, Core Banking Applications Audit
Location: Nigeria
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in process reviews/redesigns as well as systems upgrade/implementation efforts to ensure that appropriate system controls considerations are effectively taken on board and implemented.
- Identify the relevant role players in accordance with business requirements and dependencies.
- Identify risk areas and recommend appropriate internal controls and ensure they are implemented in the process design/ review.
- Assess adequacy of security and control built into the bank’s IT architecture.
- Review adequacy of security and controls built in architecture of various applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Core Banking Applications.
4.) Team Lead, Head Office & Subsidiary Audit

Duties & Responsibilities
- 100% execution of approved annual audit plan including focused audit and spot checks.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirement and avoid regulatory penalties.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and processes instituted by Board and Executive Management.
- Identify and mitigate risks inherent in people, process, systems and technology and recommend corrective action plans.
- Review and evaluate effectiveness of the control environment and report on any exceptions noted to the management.
- To conduct focused audit/spot checks to test vulnerability of high risk areas.
